We can pick up the flood restoration rental equipment that you have hired from us. The address must be within 15 km of our place of work. Use Google Maps and put in our address, 22 Okareka Place, Pakuranga if you want to check that you are within the 15 km range before ringing to check this service is available.

Note that we do not dismantle and tidy up the equipment for you. We expect the equipment to be ready to go straight into our vehicle. This is a pickup service only.

Water damage restoration equipment that we collect is restricted to our own equipment and includes commercial dehumidifiers, large carpet fans, medium size air blowers, small spot driers call DriPods.

Commercial dehumidifiers work by pulling in moist air through their fans. Inside the dehumidifier, moist air passes through a rotating wheel, which contains silica gel. The gel absorbs the moisture from the air in the wheel and draws out water. The air that comes out of the wheel is called reactivation air. For techheads, here is how a dehumidifier works

DriEaz Turbo Dryers

Our DriEaz Turbo Dryers is often called a ‘snail fan’ due to its shape. It has 3 different speeds and can be angled in different directions, depending on where the moisture can be found. If you have wet flooring, leave the fan flat on its base so the air can blow straight across the floor or carpet. Use this angle also if the moisture has only just started to wick up the walls. Pointing the fan at the wall. If the water has wicked further up the walls,  tilt the fan on to a 45 degree angle so the air blows further up the wall.
